LZHK prezanton programin elektoral
Levizja per Zhvillim Kombetar ka zgjedhur veriun per te shpalosur programin e saj paraelektoral. Ne nje turne te zhvilluar ne Shkoder dhe Malesine e Madhe ka qene i pranishem vete Leka Zogu. Kjo ishte hera e trete qe trashegimtari i fronit viziton Shkodren, pas viteve 1997 dhe 2003.

Ne takimin e zhvilluar ne Shkoder, deputeti Dashamir Sheshi ka bere nje pasqyrim te shkurter te gjendjes aktuale dhe nje paraqitje te platformes elektorale te LZHK-se. "LZHK, - ka pohuar Shehu, - ka lindur per te ndertuar nje ekonomi ndryshe nga ajo qe eshte sot, mbrojtjen e interesave te shqiptareve kudo qe jane ne bote, njohjen e Kosoves si shtet te pavarur, njohjen e te drejtyave te shqiptareve ne Maqedoni dhe Mal te Zi, si dhe te drejtat e popullsise came". Sipas tij, LZHK-ja do te jete e vetmja force politike qe do t'u ktheje dhe kompensoje ne menyre perfundimtare pronat ish-pronareve. "Motoja e qeverisjes do te jete: 'rend nepermjet ligjit dhe ligji do te zbatohet nepermjet vendosjes se rendit dhe te qetesise publike", tha Shehi.

Ne fund te takimit, pjesmarresit ne kete takim i pershendeti edhe Leka Zogu, i cili pasi falenderoi te pranishmit per pritje qe i kane bere sa here qe ai ka vizituar Shkodren u ka thene atyre: "Ne rast se do te fitoje LZHK-ja, do te ndertojme nje qeveri shqiptare dhe per shqiptaret".

LZHK DO TE QEVERISE KOMBIN

Nje qeveri shqiptare qe do te qeverise kombin shqiptar. Ky ishte mesazhi qe pretendenti per fronin e mbretit ne Shqiperi, Leka Zogu percolli dhe ne qytetin e Shkodres. LZHK paraqiti dje platformen e saj elektorale ne qytetin verior. Te pranishem ne kete prezantim ishin drejtues te Levizjes, Leka I si dhe deputetet, Dashamir Shehi dhe Ekrem Spahia. Ne fjalen e tij Leka I shprehu hapur edhe pakenaqesine ndaj qeverisjes shqiptare dhe ndaj politikes ne pergjithesi duke mos u rezervuar ndaj askujt. "Kam ardhur ketu ne vitin 1997 dhe ende nuk kam harruar pritjen qe me keni bere. Kjo pritje me ka mbetur ne mendje ne menyren me te jashtezakonshme", u shpreh Leka i Pare ne fillim te takimit te tij. Duke ju drejtuar serish qytetit verior Leka Zogu u shpreh se qyteti verior vazhdon te mbetet nder pikat e dobeta te tij. "Per mua Shkodra ka qene nje vend i shenjte. Eshte nje perle dhe nje sfide e kultures shqiptare eshte nje qender e kultures shqiptare. Vendi qe ka patur nje shumice figurash ne historine e kombit. Populli i Shkodres ka reflektuar kulture. Nga studimet qe une kam bere per historine e kombit, Shkodra ze nje vend nderi. Populli shkodran ka qene shume i kulturuar dhe une shpresoj qe i tille do te mbetet edhe me pas", u shpreh Leka i Pare qe evidentoi kontributin e Shkodres dhe te shkodraneve dhe vendin qe gjithnje ka zene ne histrine dhe ne kulturen e te gjithe Shqiperise. Nderkohe qe pretendenti per fronin mbreteror kerkoi dhe voten e shkodraneve ne zgjedhjet e ketij viti. "LZHK do te krijoje nje qeveri shqiptare qe do te qeverise kombin shqiptar. Kjo eshte menyre per te qendruar se bashku te gjithe keshtu si jemi dhe si duhet te jemi", cilesoi ai. "Per here te pare Shqiperine do ta drejtoje nje burre qe vjen nga perendimi dhe qe nuk ka kurrfare lidhjeje me komunizmin". Keshtu u shpreh ne fjalen e tij deputeti Dashamir Shehi, sipas te cilit figura e mbretit eshte vendimtare per shkodranet.

 SHKODER (26 Mars) -Pretendenti per fronin per mbreteror Leka i Pare ka zhvilluar ne Shkoder nje vizite ne prag te fushates elektorale. I shoqeruar nga deputetet Ekrem Spahija dhe Dashamir Shehu te Levizjes per Zhvillim Kombetar Leka i Pare ka patur nje takim me intelektuale shkodrane.LZHK-ja ka kujtuar ketu fitoren e koalicionit E Djathta e Bashkuar ne zgjedhjet lokale te vitit 1996, ku arriti te fitonte kryetarin e Bashkise se Shkodres dhe pikerisht nje propozim per te krijuar nje koalicion te ngjashem eshte paraqitur dhe gjate ketij takimi me kerkese per mbeshtetjen e intelektualeke per te per krahur LZHK-ne Nga ana tjeter deputeti Dashamir Shehi theskoi se me Levizjen per Zhvillim Kombetar shqiptaret kane nje shprese te madhe per te ndryshuar fatet e vendit. Leka Zogu nė Shkodėr, fushatė pėr LZHK

"Rend nėpėrmjet ligjit, ligji tė zbatohet nėpėrmjet rendit". Kjo do tė jetė motoja qeverisėse e LZHK-sė nė rast se ajo do tė fitojė zgjedhjet. Njė deklaratė e tillė u bė dje nga drejtuesi i LZHK-sė Leka Zogu gjatė njė takimi qė ai pati me elektoratin e qytetit tė Shkodrės. "Nėse fiton LZHK-ja, do tė bėjmė njė qeveri shqiptare qė tė qeverisė po shqiptarėt", tha Leka Zogu. Nė kėtė takim ishte i pranishėm edhe deputeti Dashamir Shehi. Ai u shpreh se me LZHK-nė shqiptarėt kanė njė shpresė tė madhe dhe ndoshta tė fundit pėr tė ndryshuar njė herė e mirė fatet e vendit, ndaj "ju lutemi qė tė mos e shpėrdoroni kėtė rast".

Leka Zogu shpall nė Shkodėr programin elektoral tė LZHK-sė. Kthimi i plotė i pronave ish-pronarėve, vendosja e rendit dhe ndėrtimi i administratės publike, sipas modelit tė Ahmet Zogut, njohja e Kosovės si shtet i pavarur, janė pikat mė tė rėndėsishme tė platformės elektorale tė LZHK-sė tė prezantuara dje nė Shkodėr.

Platforma qeverisėse e LZHK-sė ėshtė prezantuar nga kryetari i grupit parlamentar tė kėsaj lėvizjeje, Dashamir Shehi. “LZHK-ja ka lindur pėr tė ndėrtuar njė ekonomi ndryshe nga ajo qė ėshtė sot, mbrojtjen e interesave tė shqiptarėve kudo qė janė nė botė, njohjen e Kosovės si shtet tė pavarur, njohjen e tė drejtave tė shqiptarėve nė Maqedoni dhe Mal tė Zi si dhe tė drejtat e popullsisė ēame. Takimi
Nė takimin me intelektualėt e Shkodrės, Leka Zogu shoqėrohej nga kryetari i grupit parlamentar tė LZHK-sė, Dashamir Sheshi dhe deputeti i PLL-sė Ekrem Spahia. Shehi ka pasqyruar gjendjen aktuale tė organizmit tė LZHK-sė, duke theksuar se ajo tashmė ėshtė e shtrirė nė tė gjithė botėn. “E veēanta e kėtij bashkimi politik, qė nuk ėshtė thjesht njė bashkim artificial partish, ėshtė se ka gjetur njė pėrkrahje tė madhe edhe nė diasporė nga tė rinj dhe tė reja emigrantė, tė cilėt aspirojnė pėr t’u kthyer nė vendin e tyre. Vetė zgjedhja e kreut tė kėtij grupimi pėr Shkodrėn, tė riut Ahmet Hoti, qė jeton nė USA e tregon mė sė miri kėtė”, ėshtė shprehur dje Shehi.

Albania, Greece’s servant
Chairman of Legality Movement Party, Ekrem Spahiu, requested the Albanian Government and Albanian State during yesterday’s parliamentary session to review its political standing toward the Greek State, a politics that, as he put it, should be based on the principal of reciprocity.The legalist chairman considers it to be a national priority and a response to the murdering and violation of rights of the Albanian emigrants in the neighboring country. “ The recent murder of an Albanian immigrant in Greece, because he was singing in Albanian, or the prevention of the Albanian football fans to watch the match between Greece and Albania prompted my address today to the Parliament” said Spahiu. In his opinion, these two recent incidents bring again into the scene the problems in the relation between Albanian and Greece, which are not as healthy as some elements of the Albanian politics, within the Government of the opposition attempt to make them appear. He added that it is of relevance to discuss how such relations should be established and how they are to be developed by the Albanian state. The head of legalists Spahiu said that the Albanian State in relation to the Greek State holds the status of a colony, or worse that of the apprentice to the master, pointing out that the future of Albanians has been seriously compromised. “ Namely, this role of apprentice that the present socialist government has decided to adopt lead me to say, on my personal behalf and on behalf of the political force that I represent, Stop!” further added the legalist Chairman.
He said he didn’t see any point in further maintaining such relations between the two countries when the Albanian State is becoming just an appendix to the Greek State. The legalist Chairman voiced his concern on the servile behavior of the Albanian Government toward the Greek official politics. “ Offending and disloyal behavior” termed the Chairman of the Movement for National Development the decision of the Greek Football Federation not to allow Albanians from Albania to buy tickets for the match of the national football teams. In addition, Spahiu raised his concern on the lack of reaction by the Albanian state for the protection of the legal rights of Albanians living in Greece. “ For all these reasons, the Government fully deserves the awarded epithets of quisling government, vassal government, servant of the Greek politics, traitor of the Albanian interests” closed his speech the legalist Chairman.

Drug money fund business projects
The American State Department published its annual report on the International Strategy on Customs Control. The report says that drugs trafficking constitutes a great problem for many countries in the world.Voice of America informs that the report identifies some European countries as important money laundering centers including, France, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Italy, Spain and Great Britain. The State Department mentions even Germany and the Netherlands as important sources of chemical substances used to produce drugs. Moreover the report says that Albania is an important transition channel for heroin coming from Afghanistan and Turkey destined to European markets. The report says that the Government of Albania, mainly in response to the pressure of the international community and supported by it, is more aggressively addressing the criminal elements , but its success is undermined by lack of resources and large scale corruption. Organized Crime groups use Albania as a transition point due to its strategic location, uncontrolled borders, and its poor judiciary and police systems. The illegal drugs that are mostly smuggled in are heroin, marijuana and cocaine. The report says that heroin is mostly transported to Italy, Greece and the Netherlands through the so-called Balkans road that starts in Turkey, passes through Bulgaria, Macedonia and Albania. The cocaine is smuggled in from South America through the United States of America, Italy, Spain, Greece or the Netherlands and is than passed to Albania to be distributed in the Western Europe.
Marijuana is produced in the country for the European markets. There is evidence that high quality pot produced in Albania is exchanged with heroine in Turkey. Synthetic drugs, especially ecstasy are becoming an ever-growing problem. The increasing drug abuse is another critical problem becoming ever more evident in Albania though it is fairly lower when compared to the Western Europe. The main sources of criminal gain are crimes related to drugs, theft, and customs procedures violation, prostitution exploitation, weapon and car trafficking and theft through embezzling. Even crimes related to taxation, fraud and fake money are a common occurrence. Organized Crime groups use Albania as an operation base for criminal activities in other countries and they send back to Albania great sums of money gained by illegal means. The money gained through such illegal activities are easily laundered in Albania because of the low government control. Money laundering is thought to be done through the money used in real estate and in business development projects.
